Terms of Service

Welcome to Mug and Magic. By entering our premises, using our website mugandmagic.com, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. General Operations
- Store Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (including holidays, unless announced otherwise).
- Address: MacArthur Hwy, Angeles, 2009 Pampanga.
2. Website & Purchases
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
- Shipping timelines are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays.
3. MTG Tournament Rules
- No refunds on tournament entry fees, regardless of attendance or early drop‑out.
- Proxies & Counterfeit Cards: Absolutely prohibited. Any player found using proxies, counterfeit, or otherwise non‑genuine Magic: The Gathering cards will be immediately disqualified from the current event and may receive a permanent ban from all future Mug and Magic tournaments and events.
- We follow official Magic tournament rules (infraction & penalty guidelines) except where modified herein.
- Pairings, standings, and prize distribution are at the sole discretion of the tournament organizer.
4. Buying Cards from Customers
- Mug and Magic may purchase single MTG cards from customers. We are the sole judge of card condition, authenticity, and grading. Our offer is final.
- Payment will be in store credit or cash (as determined by us). All sales to Mug and Magic are final.
5. Conduct & Liability
- You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other customers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Food & drinks are permitted in the play area, but you assume all risk. Mug and Magic is NOT liable for any damage to your personal property (including MTG cards, sleeves, playmats, electronics) caused by spills, food, or drink. Please keep your cards safely stored when consuming items.
6. Minors
While all minors are welcome, we strongly suggest that children under 18 be accompanied by an adult. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s conduct and safety.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Mug and Magic’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our premises, website, or events shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the proper courts of Angeles City, Pampanga.
