MTG Card Condition & Value
Card values are market‑based and can fluctuate. Any “buy list” prices we quote are estimates only; final offer is determined by in‑person inspection. We are not responsible for price changes after a transaction is completed.
Liability for Personal Property
As stated in our Terms of Service: Mug and Magic is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of your personal property (including Magic: The Gathering cards, sleeves, binders, electronics, bags, or other items) while on our premises. This includes but is not limited to damage from food, drink spills, humidity, accidents, or other customers’ actions. You bring your belongings at your own risk.
Tournament Results
We do not guarantee prize support minimums beyond what is explicitly announced. Events may be cancelled or modified due to low attendance, technical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, entry fees will be refunded unless a “no refunds” policy was announced for that specific event.
